Field Sales Manager We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead and manage our field sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales executives, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies in the field. If you have a strong background in field sales leadership and are passionate about driving performance through effective team management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success in achieving sales targets. Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive growth in your assigned region, aligning with company objectives. Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor team performance, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients and business partners in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Market Insights: Collect market data, monitor competitor activity, and identify industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, analyzing sales data, trends, and opportunities. Provide insights to senior management on the performance and challenges of the field team. Recruitment & Training: Assist in the recruitment of new sales team members, and provide ongoing training and development to ensure the teams growth and success. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of field sales efforts with broader company goals. Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales and sales team management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business decisions. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities. A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation (if applicable). Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
