Currently, the platform has over 300 verified physiotherapists actively engaged, ensuring quality over quantity. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Manager, located in New Delhi. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with physiotherapists, clinics, and hospitals. Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential clients, delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves market analysis, developing strategic sales plans, and providing feedback to improve service offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, preferably physiotherapy services Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Show more Show less
