Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify new business opportunities through field visits, networking, cold calling, and market research. Conduct daily field visits to meet potential clients. Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects. 2. Sales Presentations & Pitching Deliver product/service demos and presentations. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Convince and convert potential customers. 3. Deal Closure & Revenue Achievement Negotiate terms and close deals effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable). 4. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle client queries and escalate issues when necessary. 5. Reporting & Coordination Update CRM/sales tracker with daily field activity. Share market insights, competitor updates, and customer feedback. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, service delivery). Preferred Candidates : Must have a 2 wheeler and driving license
