Location - Bengalore/Chennai and Kozhikode Profile - FIeld sales executive Process - Field Sales Working - 6 days Shifts - Day Shifts Salary - up to 4.5 LPA + Incentives Roles and Responsibilities Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions with potential customers. Conduct field work to visit clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions. Achieve targets by meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas. Handle pressure situations effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals. Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in direct sales or related field (B2C). Strong convincing power, selling skills, and lead generation abilities. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction over phone/email/in-person. Ability to handle rejection/objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
