Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retailers, distributors, and customers daily for product promotion & sales.

  • Identify new leads and convert them into active customers.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Ensure product visibility and brand promotion in the market.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily sales reports.

  • Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and customer requirements.

  • Handle basic after-sales support and coordinate with the internal team.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (as per company policy).
  • 13 years field sales experience preferred (FMCG / Lubricants / Industrial products).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp Reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
  • Must have own

    bike and valid driving license

    .
