Field Sales Executive - Job DescriptionPosition: Field Sales Executive Location: [Mudhol Karnatka] Job Type: Full-Time Salary: [UP TO 25K] Experience: 0-3 years Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to drive sales, build customer relationships, and promote our products/services in the assigned territory. This role involves outdoor sales, client visits, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned area to promote and sell products/services. Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, and networking. Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the sales team for strategy improvement. Prepare and submit daily sales reports and updates to the management. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and after-sales support. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in field sales or marketing (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile apps for reporting.
