Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients, including stylists, mens boutiques, and designers , to promote our premium imported fabrics. Conduct market visits to showcase fabric samples, explain their quality, and persuade customers to make purchases. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. Stay updated on fashion trends and fabric preferences to provide expert recommendations to clients. Collect and analyze market feedback to improve product offerings and customer service. Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and payment terms with clients while ensuring company profitability. Maintain proper sales records, follow up with clients, and coordinate with the internal team for timely deliveries. Represent Fabrics by Echelon professionally and enhance brand visibility in the market. Preferred candidate profile Experience in sales (preferably in the fashion, textiles, or luxury retail industry). Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with high-end clients. Passion for fashion and fabrics , with knowledge of different textiles and their uses. Ability to work independently , manage time efficiently, and meet targets. Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality with a drive to achieve success. Comfortable with travel and fieldwork , visiting multiple clients daily. Basic computer skills , including email, WhatsApp, and CRM tools for client management. Perks and benefits Competitive salary of 20,000 - 30,000 per month + performance-based incentives .
