ob Description: Paytm Field Sales Executive Position: Field Sales Executive Location: Chandigarh Department: Sales & Business Development Key Responsibilities: • Visit markets and onboard new merchants for Paytm QR, Soundbox, EDC card machines, and other Paytm products. • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to shop owners and ensure successful activation. • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the team. • Maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure continued usage of Paytm services. • Collect necessary documents (KYC) and ensure error-free merchant registration. • Promote new Paytm offers, cashback programs, and merchant solutions. • Resolve merchant issues by coordinating with internal support teams. • Provide daily sales reports and updates to the manager. Skills & Requirements: • Minimum 10th pass; graduation preferred. • 0–2 years of field sales experience (Fintech preferred). • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and fieldwork. • Smartphone and two-wheeler preferred.
