Job Title: Field Sales Executive – EDC & Merchant Solutions Location: Across Assam Company: Paytm About the Role: We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our growing team in Assam. This role involves promoting and selling Paytm EDC (card swipe) machines, speakers, and other Paytm business solutions. You will also be responsible for merchant onboarding, market analysis, and supporting the adoption of digital payments across the region. --- ### Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new merchants for Paytm services. Sell and promote Paytm EDC swipe machines, speakers, and other merchant products. Conduct field visits and engage with retailers, shopkeepers, and business owners. Assist merchants with onboarding, documentation, and technical setup. Provide training and support on Paytm devices and services. Gather market feedback and competitor insights to support business strategy. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. --- ### Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary); Graduation preferred. 0-2 years of field sales experience (freshers welcome with the right attitude). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to work on the field. Local language proficiency (Assamese, Hindi, English).
