🛠️ Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory or market. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. 📞 Client Relationship Management Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients. Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries or complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 📊 Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Maintain CRM records and update client interactions. Track sales targets and performance metrics. 🧠 Market Research Monitor competitors’ products, services, and pricing. Stay updated with market trends and customer needs.
