Job Description

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by meeting clients and customers in person. They play a crucial role in building relationships, understanding customer needs, and closing sales on the ground. Their primary focus is on expanding market reach and driving revenue through direct interactions. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation Identify and approach potential clients in the assigned territory. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals. Follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities. Client Meetings & Relationship Building Conduct regular visits to prospects and existing customers. Understand client needs and recommend suitable products/services. Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business. Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Prepare and deliver presentations or product demonstrations. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively. Market Research & Feedback Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Collect feedback from customers to improve products/services. Provide insights to the sales and marketing team. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and customer interactions. Submit daily/weekly reports to sales managers. Use CRM tools or mobile apps for real-time data updates. After-Sales Support Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product delivery and service. Handle customer complaints or queries promptly. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
