Key Responsibilities: • Identify and acquire new clients for Demat and trading accounts. • Meet clients in person to explain stock market products and investment opportunities. • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Stay updated with stock market trends and company products. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. • Fluency in English and strong communication skills are mandatory. • Knowledge of stock broking, equity markets, and trading products. • Presentable personality and good grooming (client-facing role). • Willingness to work in the field and meet clients regularly. • Prior experience in financial sales or stock broking will be an added advantage.
