Job Title : Field Sales Executive Location : Noida Sector 94 Company : Royal Tint Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly within the building materials, Smart Glass industry, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads and expand customer base within the assigned territory. Visit construction sites, dealers, distributors, architects, and contractors to promote and sell building materials. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product solutions. Negotiate prices and payment terms to close sales effectively. Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper records. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, preferably in the building materials or related sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to meet sales targets and build strong client relationships. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Familiarity with the Delhi/NCR market is an added advantage. Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
