Role Overview As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Vivencia in the field. You will directly engage with school administrators, pitch our programs, and support the closure of school partnerships. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in EdTech sales, school outreach, and education impact. You will be trained on Vivencias offerings and guided through structured field visits. This role requires high energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with school stakeholders. Field Sales & Outreach Conduct school visits daily, meeting with principals and decision-makers to pitch Vivencias life skills curriculum. Deliver a compelling in-person presentation using approved sales materials and scripts. Understand school needs and communicate how Vivencia’s offerings align with their goals. Lead Conversion & Follow-ups Record daily school visits using the Daily Sales Tracker (DSR). Manage follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and school revisit planning. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding post-deal. School Market Mapping Identify and document schools by region, board, and potential fit for Vivencia. Update visit logs, school interest levels, and feedback on a rolling basis. Reporting & Discipline Adhere to login/logout schedules (work-from-office policy enforced). Submit accurate DSR daily and attend weekly field syncs. Maintain a professional appearance and follow field etiquette guidelines. Requirements Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of work experience in field sales, marketing, or outreach Strong verbal communication in English Presentable, punctual, and self-motivated Passion for education, youth impact, and field learning Must be based in Hyderabad and available for local travel Preferred candidate profile Immediate Joiner only
