Role Overview:

Field Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Visit schools in the assigned region to pitch ExamPay’s School Integrated Program.
Meet and build strong relationships with school authorities — Principals, Directors, and Management.
Identify potential schools and generate leads through on-field visits, networking, and local research.
Conduct presentations and discussions about ExamPay’s offerings and collaboration models.
Follow up with schools and ensure timely closure of partnership agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation, follow-ups, and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/partnership targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Business preferred).
1–3 years of experience in
field sales
,
school tie-ups
, or
edtech collaborations
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with on-field work.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
