Description

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in sales and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
