Job Summary: We are actively seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and proactive Field Sales Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in Nashik. The successful candidate will be responsible for directly engaging with potential and existing customers through in-person visits, understanding their needs, effectively presenting our [Specify your company's products/services, e.g., industrial machinery, financial services, consumer goods, software solutions, real estate properties], and consistently achieving sales targets. This role demands excellent communication, strong negotiation skills, and a persistent approach to sales. Key Responsibilities: Territory Planning & Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory in Nashik. Actively identify and generate new sales leads through proactive field visits, cold calling, networking, market research, and leveraging referrals. Conduct thorough research on potential clients and market segments to identify business opportunities and understand their specific needs. On-site Client Engagement & Sales Pitch: Schedule and conduct regular, in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients at their premises (offices, factories, homes, etc.). Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations or product/service demonstrations tailored to each client's requirements. Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings, demonstrating how they address client pain points. Sales Target Achievement & Negotiation: Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals. Skillfully negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions to successfully close sales deals. Prepare and submit accurate proposals, quotations, and sales agreements in a timely manner. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups and excellent service. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, foster client loyalty, and encourage repeat business and referrals. Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively and professionally. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather valuable market intelligence, including competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback from the field. Share insights with the sales management team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all field sales activities, client interactions, pipeline stages, and sales forecasts in the CRM system or designated database. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports and performance analyses. Coordination & Administration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical support, operations, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and resolve any customer-related issues efficiently. Assist the accounts department with payment follow-ups and collection efforts as required. Manage travel logistics and expenses for field visits, submitting accurate reimbursement claims.
