Feet on Street (FOS) Banashankari Company : Hear zap (Hearing Solutions) | www.hearzap.com Office Timings : 10 AM to 8PM Work Location : Banashankari Stage 2 Responsibilities: Excellent communication skills in both English and Kannada are required. You will focus exclusively on conducting home visits to engage clients and promote products. A Field Sales Executive travels to promote targeted products and maintain relationships with existing clients. The role involves operating outside the office to pitch potential clients and maximize sales. Tasks include participating in camp and promotional activities. Focus on campaign activities using physical materials like banners and pamphlets. This role is distinct from general field executive positions, requiring travel to find new clients or maintain existing ones. Conduct field activities to engage clients and attract potential customers to events. Arrange meetings with clients at their offices or homes to encourage purchases or subscriptions. Aim to increase client walk-ins to the company. A valid driver's license and a two-wheeler are required. Must be able to perform all necessary fieldwork. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Minimum education qualification is Graduation or relevant experience in Marketing. Experience : 1 to 6 years of experience in field marketing is preferred. Transportation: Must possess a valid drivers license and own a two-wheeler. Personal Attributes: persuasive, Adaptable & Innovative. Interest in Market: Genuine interest in field marketing and sales. Additional Information: Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
