Job Description – Field Sales Executive - Healthcare Field Sales Executive Location: Chandigarh Tricity, Ludhiana Reporting To: Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Regional Sales Manager (RSM) Role Summary: We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to drive retail distribution of Ayurvedic and wellness products under the Ayamveda brand. The role involves on-ground distributor coordination, retailer engagement, and daily market activity reporting. Key Responsibilities: · Visit distributors and retailers as per assigned routes · Ensure visibility and placement of 6 core Ayamveda SKUs · Take and relay orders to the backend team for processing · Ensure timely delivery updates and follow-ups with retailers · Track and record retailer feedback and report daily updates · Conduct in-store sampling or promotional drives (where needed) · Build strong relationships with chemists, ayurvedic stores, and general trade outlets · Identify and onboard new retail outlets in the assigned territory Required Skills & Qualifications: · Freshers for FMCG, Ayurveda, or OTC pharma field sales · Good understanding of territory assigned (Chandigarh, Ludhiana) · Energetic, target-driven, and relationship-oriented · Owns a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler · Basic digital skills (Google Forms/WhatsApp reporting) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Pharmaceutical sales: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English, Hindi, Punjabi (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
