About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Business Development (B2B/B2C/Institutional): Identify and engage potential clients including dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and corporate/institutional buyers. 2. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. 3. Channel Management: Build and manage a robust channel network (dealers/distributors), ensuring strong business relationships and performance. 4. Client Engagement: Maintain regular interaction with key clients, attend site visits, provide product presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Team Coordination: Lead and mentor the sales team (if applicable), monitor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 6. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies; provide inputs to product and marketing teams. 7.
