Position: Field Sales Executive Type: Full-Time | Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Sales (Field Sales Experience Mandatory) Key Responsibilities:Actively visit and engage potential clients to promote Solar EPC Solutions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field lead generation. Conduct surveys, client meetings, and proposal follow-ups. Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate clients. Prepare reports on client feedback, sales performance, and market trends. Work closely with the marketing and technical team for project conversion. Required Skills & Qualities:Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field or direct sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Two-wheeler is compulsory with valid driving license. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outdoor work. Preferably from solar / electrical / renewable / real estate / industrial product background. Salary & Benefits:💰 ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + High Incentives (No Cap for Top Performers) 🎯 Performance-based promotions and growth in India’s booming solar industry.
