Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Field Sales Executive. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include field visits to potential customers, monitoring market trends, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer feedback. The role also includes following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing, including lead generation, territory management, and client relationship management
  • Strong Negotiation, Presentation, and Communication skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and competitor analysis
  • Target-driven mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in B2B or manufacturing sales, especially in the packaging or security solutions industry, is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
