Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in personal loans and microfinance.

Roles and Responsibility

Visit applicants for personal loans to complete the loan application process.
Develop and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through direct and field sales efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business development goals.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in microfinance or personal loans.
Strong knowledge of customer relationship management and retail sales principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience in b2c marketing, field marketing, and technical sales is an added advantage.
Qualification: B.A, B.C.A, B.Com, BDS.
