A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue and building customer relationships by directly engaging with clients in the field, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets . Role & responsibilities Generating Leads and Building Relationships: Identifying potential customers, prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with existing clients. Sales Activities: Conducting face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential and existing customers. Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual and team sales quotas and targets. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing sales strategies, forecasting sales, and analyzing market trends. Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance. Monitoring Competitors: Staying informed about competitors' activities, products, and strategies. Product Knowledge: Possessing a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating contracts, closing deals, and securing new business. Administrative Tasks: Managing customer accounts, preparing reports, and updating CRM systems. Preferred candidate profile 1. 0-5 years of experience in filed sales 2. Freshers can be consider with good communication skills. 3. Strong convincing power for effective communication with customers. 4. Excellent follow-up skills to ensure prompt action on leads and queries.
