Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Meet with clients/customers at their location. Build and maintain relationships. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Sales & Marketing (if in a sales role): Promote and sell products or services. Achieve sales targets and quotas. Conduct product demonstrations. Data Collection & Reporting: Gather data from the field (e.g., surveys, customer feedback). Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports. Track and report market trends or customer behavior. Operations & Supervision: Oversee field-level operations like inventory checks, installations, or deliveries. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies. Maintain accurate documentation of all field activities. Skills Required:Good communication & interpersonal skills Time management & organization Problem-solving ability Basic technical knowledge (depending on industry) Willingness to travel extensively Knowledge of CRM or reporting tools
