Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Satara,Sangli,Kolhapur,Pandharpur,Karad,Islampur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: 12,000 To 15,000 Per Month Experience: 0-2 Years Education: Any Graduate Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for visiting clients in the field, pitching products/services, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers to present company products and services Generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction Collect feedback and report market trends to management Work with the internal team to process orders and ensure timely delivery Prepare daily reports and update CRM Requirements: 12th Pass or Graduate Proven experience in field sales (preferred, not mandatory) Good communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Willingness to travel within assigned territory Basic knowledge of mobile apps and CRM usage Own vehicle and valid driving license (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,795.58 - ₹31,417.26 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: Hindi,English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
