As a Field Sales Associate/Consultant at Storksflix Foods LLP, your role will involve meeting clients, driving franchise sales, and conducting on-site audits. Your strong persuasion and negotiation skills, along with a passion for sales, will be crucial in this field-intensive position. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular client visits and engage in face-to-face meetings. - Promote and sell our offerings to potential partners. - Support franchise expansion through consultative selling. - Perform field-level audits to uphold operational standards. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. - Work towards and exceed monthly sales and performance targets. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or franchise/restaurant sales. - Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. - Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and target-driven. - Comfortable with extensive fieldwork. - Immediate joiners or those available on short notice are preferred.
