Job Title: Field Sales Associate Job Type: Full-Time Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh Language : English, Hindi, and the local language. ( Mandatory) Salary Range: Rs 15,000 to Rs 25,000 per month Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Associate to join Chaturdha Projects and Services Pvt Ltd based out of Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site market research, engaging with vendors, and facilitating their registration. This role requires strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language and the ability to drive business growth effectively. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to identify potential vendors and encourage them to register with our platform. Perform market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing their queries and concerns. Effectively communicate product/service details and benefits to vendors. Maintain accurate records of field visits, vendor interactions, and registration progress. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. Qualifications and Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales or vendor acquisition. Skills: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language . Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively for vendor interactions.
