The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats to the organization. Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management. Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices to stakeholders. Job Requirements Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
