Job Description

Role Objective The Field Relationship Manager (FRM) is the on-ground executor for all property-related activities. This role involves conducting property visits, managing keys, supervising maintenance, coordinating vendors, and ensuring smooth move-ins and move-outs. You will act as the key link between backend operations and field execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Property Visits & Inspection  Conduct site visits for newly on boarded properties and submit condition reports.  Capture quality photos and videos for listings and tenant sharing.  Evaluate property readiness, cleanliness, and repair needs. 2. Key Management & Property Access  Maintain a secure log of keys collected from owners.  Coordinate access with tenants, technicians, and vendors.  Manage key handovers with proper documentation during move-ins and move-outs. 3. Move-In Readiness & Vendor Supervision  Ensure properties are ready for tenant move-ins (cleaning, utilities, and lock repairs).  Supervise vendors (cleaning, pest control, and painting) and report status.  Support tenant onboarding on move-in day. 4. Maintenance Support & Vendor Coordination  Address minor maintenance issues (leakage, electrical, plumbing).  Verify vendor work completion and share documentation with backend.  Escalate major concerns to the operations team. 5. Documentation & Police Verification  Assist tenants with local police verification as needed.  Collect signed documents and submit them digitally. 6. Daily Reporting & Coordination  Update daily field visit logs in CRM or trackers.  Share updates with Tenant and Owner Relationship Managers.  Liaise with backend teams for owner/tenant issues needing field support. Requirements Must-Have:  0–10 years of on-field experience (real estate, logistics, facilities, or technical services).  Comfortable using mobile apps, WhatsApp, GPS, and MS Office.  Strong Kannada communication with working knowledge of English/Hindi.  Own two-wheeler with valid license and smartphone. Preferred:  Background in real estate, construction, or field support.  Familiarity with Bangalore localities and residential properties.  Basic understanding of rental processes and documentation.
