Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter / Sourcing Executive located in Delhi, India. The Field Recruiter / Sourcing Executive will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a network of candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Recruiting and sourcing experience with strong networking skills Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in the mobility or clean tech industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
