Job Description: As a Blue-Collar Recruiter , you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting skilled and semi-skilled workers for various blue-collar roles in [company's sector or specific departments, e.g., construction, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.]. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for specific roles. Managing the Recruitment Process: Coordinate interview schedules, provide updates to hiring managers, and facilitate the overall hiring process. Creating Job Postings: Write clear, compelling job descriptions for blue-collar positions and ensure they are posted on relevant job boards and company websites. Building and Maintaining a Talent Pool: Create a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, including background checks, drug testing, and necessary documentation. Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant labor laws and company policies. Collaboration: Work closely with operations, HR, and other departments to understand staffing needs and provide ongoing support. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and hiring outcomes in the recruitment system.
