Role & responsibilities The Field Quality Engineer (Electrical/Civil) will be responsible for ensuring that all construction and installation activities for Solar and Wind EPC projects meet the required quality standards. This role involves conducting inspections, testing, and monitoring work on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards related to Solar and Wind energy projects. Proficiency in conducting site inspections, testing, and audits of electrical and civil works. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues on-site. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including ISO 9001, IEC standards, and national building codes. Certifications: Preferred certifications in Quality Management or relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, NDT Level II).
