Field Procurement Executive

Our Founder & Director previously founded Fydox Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2019, which became one of India’s largest buyers of pre-owned mobile phones from e-commerce platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon. Building on that expertise, Switchkart aims to set a new benchmark in the pre-owned mobile device market—through tighter quality checks, smarter sourcing strategies, and unwavering customer trust.

We are looking for highly enthusiastic professionals who can take ownership of this role, drive procurement initiatives, and lead the position with excellence

· Key Responsibilities

Ø Vendor Interaction: Assist in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with vendors, aggregators, and suppliers of second-hand mobile phones.

Ø Procurement Execution: Support in implementing procurement plans to ensure steady inventory availability at competitive prices.

Ø Negotiations: Participate in price discussions with vendors under the guidance of the Procurement Manager/Assistant Manager.

Ø Quality Coordination: Work with the quality assurance team to ensure procured devices meet company standards.

Ø Market Insights: Track pricing, competitor movements, and market trends to support informed procurement decisions.

Ø Data Management: Maintain vendor data, purchase records, and reports in MS Excel and ERP/procurement tools.

Ø Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless supply chain processes.

Must be willing to work on the field and should possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.

Ø Education: PUC Or Any Graduate can apply.

Ø Experience: 0–2 years in procurement, electronics, or e-commerce (freshers with strong aptitude are welcome).

Ø Languages: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi is mandatory.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
