The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining conveyor systems for smooth and safe material handling. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and operate conveyor systems in the field to ensure continuous material flow. Conduct routine inspections to identify abnormalities, spillage, or blockages. Assist in minor maintenance, belt cleaning, and lubrication of conveyor components. Report mechanical or operational issues promptly to the control room or maintenance team. Follow safety protocols and site operational procedures strictly. Support the control room and maintenance teams during breakdowns and shutdowns. Maintain housekeeping in conveyor galleries and surrounding areas. Record daily operational activities in logbooks or digital systems. Candidate Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in conveyor belt operation in industrial or mining environments. Must be physically fit and willing to work in shifts (including night shifts). Knowledge of belt alignment, tension, idlers, and basic troubleshooting. Understanding of site safety norms and PPE compliance. Good communication and teamwork skills.
