About the Role:

Field Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Registration:

    Visit households or local points to collect customer information, explain offerings, and assist with registrations.
  2. Promotional Execution:

    Distribute pamphlets, place promotional materials, and support BTL outreach activities in public areas.
  3. Process Support:

    Assist during customer shortlisting or verification processes by handling documentation and data accuracy.
  4. Customer Engagement:

    Interact respectfully with customers and provide clear information about next steps or requirements.
  5. Operational Assistance:

    Support on-ground facilitators and group leaders during customer movements and activity flows.
  6. Field Reporting:

    Submit daily MIS, photo documentation, attendance entries, and on-ground updates.
  7. Data Accuracy:

    Ensure correct information capture and avoid errors or duplications.
  8. Local Coordination:

    Assist the Zone Operations Manager in coordinating with communities and local partners.
  9. On-Ground Facilitation:

    Support crowd management and customer flow during peak activity.
  10. SOP Compliance:

    Follow EasyDarshan guidelines, behaviour standards, and documentation protocols.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  1. Field Experience:

    3 to 10 years in fieldwork, customer interaction, sales promotions, or community engagement.
  2. Communication Skills:

    Ability to interact confidently and respectfully with customers.
  3. Detail-Oriented:

    Capable of gathering accurate data and handling documentation properly.
  4. Technical Skills:

    Comfortable using smartphones, scanning documents, and sharing daily updates.
  5. Adaptability:

    Willing to travel extensively and work in dynamic field situations.
  6. Education:

    Any Graduation
  7. Local Language:

    Must be fluent in local communication language(s).
  8. Customer Orientation:

    Polite, patient, and enthusiastic about assisting people.
  9. Physical Readiness:

    Comfortable with on-ground movement across various areas.
  10. Professional Attributes:

    Trustworthy, positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and responsible.
