Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Officer to join our team at AS Pharma Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct field visits to monitor and evaluate the implementation of pharmaceutical products.
Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
Provide product information and support to customers and distributors.
Collect market feedback and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in pharmacy or life sciences.
Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on field operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze sales data and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and services, including their uses and applications.
