Location: Jaipur/Mathura/Shimla/Chandigarh Job Type: Full-Time | On-Field Role Salary: Base Salary + Performance-Based Incentives Role Summary Loan2grow Fincap is seeking motivated Field Officers to support our educational loan outreach at the grassroots level. You will be stationed within a specific district and will work directly with our partner schools, colleges, and institutes to engage students and their parents, educate them about semester finance, assist with onboarding, and support loan application closures. This role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about fieldwork, have strong interpersonal skills, and are passionate about enabling access to affordable education finance. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain working relationships with partner educational institutions in the assigned district. Conduct awareness sessions for students and parents about semester-based education loan offerings. Collect student enquiry data and assist in filling out application forms digitally or physically. Guide applicants through KYC and document collection processes. Coordinate with the central credit and operations team for loan approvals and disbursements. Track and report daily field activity, application progress, and closures. Achieve monthly targets for successful loan enrolments. Support post-sanction documentation and resolve basic customer queries. Ensure ethical selling practices and compliance with internal protocols. Required Qualifications Minimum 12th Pass; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 1–3 years of experience in field sales, BFSI, education outreach, or community mobilization. Familiarity with education systems and student/parent interaction. Comfortable using mobile apps, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and digital forms. Local resident or deep familiarity with the assigned district is highly preferred. Fluency in local language(s) and Hindi.
