Your Responsibilities:-
- Carry out routine field visits across assigned locations (Bijoynagar, Nalbari, Tezpur, Shillong, or Guwahati) to track on-ground activities and overall project progress.
- Establish and nurture effective working relationships with local clients, vendors, community representatives, and authorities to ensure seamless operations.- Gather precise field data, conduct surveys when necessary, and prepare daily/weekly reports for submission to the Head Office.- Detect operational challenges at the field level and address them promptly, or escalate to higher management with recommended actions.- Perform physical verification of sites, documents, and assets in line with company standards and guidelines.- Serve as the communication bridge between the field team and the regional office, ensuring smooth relay of instructions and updates.
