Job description:
Profile - Field Officer
Location - North Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the retail distribution network in the assigned territory (North Delhi).
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Identify and onboard new distributors and retailers.
Ensure effective visibility and availability of products at the retail level.
Monitor competitor activities and develop counter-strategies.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and forecasts.
Key Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing is a plus).
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry.
Good knowledge of the North Delhi market and local geography.
Own two-wheeler preferred for local travel
