Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer located in Sojat. The Field Officer will be responsible for conducting field visits, assessing loan applications, verifying applicant details, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the Field Officer will be involved in customer relationship management and promoting financial literacy among clients. Qualifications Field work experience in the financial services sector Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to assess and evaluate loan applications Knowledge of microfinance principles and practices Proficiency in local language and culture Ability to work independently and in a team Experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
