Field Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive/Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our preschool. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, boost admissions, and engage with parents across digital and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive preschool admissions. Organize and manage events such as open houses, workshops, parent meetings, and community outreach programs. Create and distribute engaging content across social media, WhatsApp, websites, and email campaigns. Coordinate with designers and vendors for marketing materials like brochures, banners, and promotional items. Develop partnerships with nearby residential societies, corporates, and parenting communities. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements. Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and parent preferences. Manage preschool listings on directories and admission portals. Respond to inquiries and follow up with leads generated through marketing activities. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing (education sector preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience in social media marketing, local SEO, and digital campaign management. Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of preschool/early childhood education trends is a plus. Preferred Attributes Passion for early childhood education and parent engagement. Creative thinker with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
