Job Title: Field Manager(BDA) Location: Chennai, IndiaWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Manager to join our team at Urban Company, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be ready to work closely with our Urban Company professionals on the ground, driving efforts to generate referrals and proactively convert leads. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Urban Company professionals during field activities. Generate referrals through proactive engagement and relationship-building. Convert potential leads into walk-ins by showcasing the value of our services. Report on field activities and provide insights for improving field strategies. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in field work, preferably in sales or customer engagement roles. Languages: Fluency in Hindi is highly preferred. Proficiency in other languages is a plus. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, goal-oriented mindset.
