Job Description

We are seeking Field Executives who are energetic, persuasive, and committed to making a social impact. As a part of our fundraising team, you will play a vital role in spreading awareness about organization cause and raising funds to support projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Approach individuals, groups, and organizations in public areas or through field visits to promote organization's mission. Explain ongoing campaigns, initiatives, and impact stories to potential donors. Build and maintain long-term donor relationships. Meet daily/weekly fundraising targets and report progress to the Team Leader/Manager. Represent the organization professionally and uphold its values at all times. Requirements: Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about social causes and community work.
