Job Description

Role & responsibilities The Franchise Field Executive is responsible for supporting ONN Bikes franchise partners through on ground assistance, operational oversight, and documentation support. While primarily field-based within the assigned city, the role also involves providing remote operational support to PAN India franchisee partners during off-field hours. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Onboarding & Station Setup Assist new partners with vehicle procurement and setting up their stations. Support in scouting and evaluating locations for new franchise setups. Coordinate branding, inventory readiness, and training for new franchisees. Operational Oversight Conduct regular station visits to ensure SOP adherence, cleanliness, branding standards, and customer service quality. Monitor key metrics like vehicle utilization, uptime, and customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot daily issues and escalate where needed for quick resolution. RTO & Compliance Assist with documentation and RTO-related processes such as registration, permits, fitness, tax, and insurance. Coordinate with RTO agents and ensure timely legal compliance. Maintain accurate records and support audits. Remote Support (PAN India) During off-field hours, assist franchisee partners from other cities with operational queries and issue resolution via calls or internal systems. Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth support delivery. Cross-Functional Coordination Liaise with tech, logistics, and support teams to streamline partner operations. Conduct partner and staff training where required. Track inventory, branding materials, GPS audits, and other assets. Relationship Management & Feedback Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners. Collect structured feedback and report concerns or improvement suggestions to central teams. Support basic market and competitor research in assigned areas. Preferred candidate profile 1-3 years of field or franchise operations experience (mobility/logistics preferred). Familiarity with RTO/documentation processes. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel locally and be available for remote support outside field hours.
