Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and performance metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 0-3 years of experience in NBFC or microfinance industry. Strong understanding of MFI (Microfinance Institution) regulations and guidelines. Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement during field work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
