About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Conduct field visits in assigned areas to identify and interact with potential candidates (maids/domestic workers). 2. Explain job opportunities, salary structure, working hours, and benefits to the candidates. 3. Distribute flyers, put up posters, and organize small gatherings (BTL activities) to promote the hiring program. 4. Collect and verify basic documentation (ID/address proof, references) from interested candidates. 5. Maintain daily reports of outreach activities and leads generated. 6. Build strong relationships with local influencers (NGOs, community leaders, shopkeepers, etc.) to gain referrals. 7. Coordinate with the backend team for scheduling interviews and onboarding. 8. Attend local events or weekly haats where domestic workers are likely to be present. 9. Ensure branding material is effectively used and visible in the communities.
