Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Purchase Executive to manage on-ground purchasing activities, vendor coordination, and timely material procurement for our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to handle field visits efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Visit suppliers, vendors, and local markets to source materials as per requirement.
Identify reliable vendors, collect quotations, and negotiate the best price.
Ensure timely purchase and delivery of materials to the factory/warehouse.
Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, bills, and delivery receipts.
Coordinate with the accounts and store team for material updates and payments.
Check material quality during purchase and ensure compliance with company standards.
Track purchase expenses and prepare daily/weekly purchase reports.
Follow up with vendors for pending orders and ensure smooth material flow.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
Handle urgent, last-minute purchase requirements efficiently.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
