Job Description

We are looking for motivated and energetic Field Executives to conduct KYC verification for Kotak Mahindra Bank customers and assist in opening new Kotak 811 digital savings accounts. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork and flexible working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ locations to complete KYC verification as per Kotak Mahindra Bank guidelines.
• Assist customers with Kotak 811 account opening process using the bank’s digital tools.
• Maintain proper documentation and submit reports on daily tasks.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold bank compliance standards.
• Coordinate with the team leader for daily updates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Aadhaar Card & PAN Card – Mandatory
• Bike/Two-wheeler – Mandatory (for field travel)
• Smartphone with internet access
• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass
• Basic communication skills and ability to interact with customers
• Prior field sales or banking experience preferred but not required

Earnings

• ₹200 per successful KYC
• ₹400 per successful 811 account opening
