The Field Collection Executive is responsible for visiting customers to collect overdue payments, negotiate settlement plans, verify customer information, and ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts. The role requires strong communication skills, field mobility, and the ability to manage difficult conversations professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers’ residences or business locations to collect overdue payments. Explain outstanding dues, repayment terms, and consequences of non-payment. Negotiate repayment plans while adhering to company policies and legal guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and collected amounts. Verify customer addresses, contact details, and financial status where required. Submit daily field visit reports and update the system with recovery status. Coordinate with the recovery team, call center, and supervisors for escalations. Ensure collections are done ethically and within legal boundaries. Build positive customer relationships to increase recovery success. Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism.
